We were blessed with the arrival of Dylan Robert on 9/6/11 at 8:15am, weighing in at 9lb 12 oz, and 21 inches long.

Preparing to be a Big Brother

1. Get a BIG boy MONSTER room- Matty has been a stud about sleeping in his big boy bed and really LOVES all his monsters. Grrrrr

 2. Try potty training- Not so successful.

 3. Nest?!?! At least someone in the house wanted to clean.

 4. Celebrate the most amazing 18 months with a "pup" cone from Sheridans.

 5. Bond with that BIG ball named Bubba in mama's belly.

More fun at the lake

All 3 of us enjoyed our time down at the lake this summer. Not much else to do when it's 100+ deg (and 7-9 months preggo) then enjoy lots of time in the water.

Memorial Day Weekend at the Lake

We headed to Bella Vista, Arkansas for Memorial Day weekend! Matty had a great time. He enjoyed spending lots of time with his Nanny Lu and Big Poppy. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed eating on the patio, lots of naps (my favorite), sweeping (Matty's new hobby), blowing kisses, tennis, lots of pool time, more eating, and a pontoon ride. 

All the dogs came too! (Honey) "Bear" missed out on the pic. Must have been sitting on Mom's lap.

Easter

Got to see the whole fam (both sides) on Easter. Did not get too many pics, but Matty loved carrying around easter eggs. When his hands got full, he just put the 3rd one in his mouth. Did not really care to use a basket.

Awesome Weekend!

We had an AWESOME weekend playing outside! Matty loves to be outside. He will grunt and run to the door every time we open it. If you are not careful, he may even slip out the back door when no one is watching!!!! (Not pointing any fingers...but I was not home!)

Not only was the weather amazing, our little guy was NOT sick. It's been ear infections, colds, viruses, constipation (oh, TMI) all winter long! So....goodbye WINTER and everything icky that comes with you and HELLO sunshine and smiles!

We had a great weekend with our first visit of the year to Deanna Rose with Tay Tay, "bike-riding" around the block, a walk to Lowes, and a wagon ride by Brooke.

We also waved at a LOT of people too. Our new favorite skill. What is your favorite outdoor activity?
